Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change so if you cancel your stay within 4 weeks of your arrival date we will endeavour to re-let your cabin. If we are unable to do so, then we regret that we will be unable to refund any monies paid. Should you cancel prior to this date, we will refund any monies paid, less your deposit, or reschedule your stay for another date. An administration fee of £50 will be charged in this instance. We recommend that you have appropriate holiday insurance cover.

In extreme weather we reserve the right to close the hot tubs. This is for safety purposes and does not warrant a refund.

Barnhorn Glamping only accepts booking from persons over 18 years of age. Barnhorn Glamping reserves the right, at all times, without statement of reasons, to refuse or cancel a booking.

The prices featured on the website are not binding and Barnhorn Glamping reserves the right to modify these prices. At the time of booking you will be informed of the price applicable. The price stated on the confirmation invoice is binding.

Booking Information

We offer a 2 night minimum stay, check in days are Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Check in may be possible on another day but please enquire.

We operate a self-check in service from 4pm. All details will be emailed to you 2 weeks before arriving
